Job Description:
Harvey McQueen are pleased to be recruiting for a well know company who, due to expansion are looking to recruit an Apprentice Storesman.
They are looking to invest and apprenticeship and training into the successful candidate which will lead to a full time position and wage increase after the first 12 months!.
Key Attributes:-
• Be driven and motivated.
• Have previous warehouse or stock control experience is preferable.
• Be able to pick new skills up quickly.
• Good with numbers and counting.
• Be hardworking, focused and want to succeed.
Duties:-
• Be responsible for managing all functions of stock and equipment.
• Work confidentially within a warehouse environments.
• Adhering to health & safety.
• Ensure that warehouse and store room are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Keeping records of where the inventory and stock are going.
• Aware of delivery schedules.
• Monitor current stock levels and decide if there is enough or if more should be ordered.
