Job Description: The role consists of working on a telephone and dealing with emails from customers.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Be the first point of contact for Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Handle all calls with professionalism.
• Manage business accounts for the company.
• Have great communication with business customers via telephone and via email.

• Prioritise your business customers and ensure all their needs are met.
• Provide excellent customer service and remain professional at all times.

Harvey McQueen are currently recruiting for a reputable and growing company based in Burnley who have an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
Our client is a online retailer who is fast growing and often deals with customers based in France, Germany, USA, Netherlands and the UK!
They are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is able to liase with their customers in the Netherlands so being fluent in Dutch both speaking and writing is essential for this role.
Full training will be given on the product ranges and discounts are also offered to staff.
Duties includes:-
* Dealing with incoming calls from customers and also via email and on web chats.
* Managing your customers orders by liaising with Couriers.
* Develop great relationships with other departments.
* Resolving customer complaints and any Technical queries they may have.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Be ambitious and self motivated.
Salary and Benefits:-
£17,000 Basic per year
