The Network Fellowship - Delivery Information 
 
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirming despatch. If you do not receive this e-mail 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to cs@thenetworkfellowship.com 
 
We will only deliver to addresses that match your payment. 
Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) on receipt of cleared funds. 
Payment by credit card we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address. 
If you suspect that your package has been damaged in transit you should reject the goods or sign for the goods as damaged. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received by us we shall start a full investigation. (You must provide photographic evidence if your goods are damaged) 
 
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where: 
you are not available to receive the delivery 
courier companies cannot find your address 
adverse weather/traffic conditions prevent delivery 
 
Claims of goods damaged in transit must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person/signing sheet, and notify The Network Fellowship Ltd as soon as possible after delivery by sending an e-mail to cs@thenetworkfellowship.com within 1-2 working days. 
 
Packaging Goods for return if damaged 
In all cases where goods are to be returned to us, please ensure that you package the goods in a secure and safe manner and will not be damaged in transit.
